We ship worldwide. Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, and carrier delays during peak seasons.
Tracking your order
Tracking information becomes active within 24-48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local authority. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
