If your child doesn't love the rod, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email zenithhub218@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours on business days and send you return instructions.

Condition of returned items

Return the rod, the reel and the spare launcher in the original packaging. Normal signs of use are fine - this is a product built for kids and we expect it to be used.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse we inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the funds.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full - your choice. You do not need to send a damaged item back.

Who pays return shipping

We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship.
